"The burgers are juicy and delicious. Lettuce wrap is a good thick amount that holds the burger or burgers and toppings well. The sweet potato and regular fries are the best in the area, the onion rings too."
"The fries here are sublime! They’re not of the Thrasher’s or Five Guys variety, but they do resemble the good old McDonald’s fries of the 1980’s. The Charburger has a coleslaw-like sauce that makes the entire burger juicy and flavorful. I could’ve easily eaten three! The prices here are very reasonable for what you get in return. The restrooms and entire restaurant were spotlessly clean. Danté provided cheerful service bringing our food to our table."
"Was confusing. We ordered from the kiosk because they looked really busy. The kiosk said to get our drink cups from the pick up area. But no one even recognized us being there. There was one person in the "front of house" and they didn't say anything to us. We didn't get our cups until the order was ready. That's fine but that should have been in the pick up description. Then someone from the cooking area brings the food on a tray and sets it on the counter. Didn't even look at us. I thanked him and he didn't respond. We had one single interaction with anyone that worked there. For such an expensive meal, there should be better customer service. The food was decent. Too much salt on the fries. The burger was small for the price. Was $32 for two people. Most likely will not go back."
"Trying this chain for the first time! Got the Chicken Club. Honestly, this was a pretty good value sandwich for the portion and how it tastes. Slice of chicken was on the thinner side but the sandwich was packed with vegetables (also comes with bacon and avocado). I liked how the sandwich was easily customizable to my own liking when ordering on the screen."
"The teriyaki chicken sandwich and charburger were both excellent. Great portions and not messy. The salads were hearty with decent dressing to choose from. Garlic croutons are excellent. Loved the passion fruit tangerine juice as well as strawberry limeade. Sanitized tables that were well spaced. You have to ask for a new cup at the refill which is great. Very clean establish with convenient parking and curbside pickup."
