"Was recommended this place by another restaurant owner and had to check it out. We were not disappointed at all. One of our favorite pho spots was affected by Covid and shut down, so we have been searching for a new spot since. The search is over! Pho Saigon provided exemplary service, a welcoming feel, and a tremendous pho with huge chunks of chicken breast, sweet noodles, and the tastiest broth. All the fresh accouterment was available, but the plain pho was good enough. We also had the fried spring rolls, which are served with white meat chicken as well, and the dark meat bahn mi sub, which had very tasty and fresh toasted bread. Tony and the staff were happy to tell us all about the restaurant, the food and decor. It's a bit farther than other spots near us, but we won't mind the trip for some of the best pho in the region!"

"One of the best Pho restaurants in Catonsville and it's family owned & operated. My wife loves Vegetarian Pho (pic) and spring rolls w tofu. My favorite is S3 Seafood Pho (fish balls, squid, shrimp, imit. crab) but made with the Bun Bo Hue pho spicy broth. The BBH itself is good too. Spicy red oily beef broth soup w several meats. Comes w a thicker noodle, like spaghetti, so I ask for the normal pho rice noodle instead. Also has pork blood and pork knuckle (not for everyone), and fatty brisket (tough). Pork Sausage app (pic) was $5 for one sausage served cold, I didn't care for the odd & sweet flavor. When you need an alternative to regular pho, try the seafood pho in chicken broth (pic) w egg noodle or just the 19 chicken broth pho. Thai Iced Tea was delicious and creamy, really sweet. If you like sweet tea this is great. Spicy Chicken & Shrimp (pic) w/ fried rice (upcharge) is ok, but too much of the sauce and it get's like too much burned pepper taste. Either share the dish or get a different sauce. I like that it came with little cup of pho broth. Shrimp and steak tips Fried rice w over easy egg (pic) was pretty good. Sauce was really good, could have used more of it. I added a piece of egg meatloaf for $5, I did not like, and $5 was a lot for the small piece even if I did like it."

"Ordered take out of both a large pho and a small, I specifically asked before placing the order what makes a large a large vs a small and the young man told me "you get more broth and more noodle with the large". Upon receiving the food, the large had the same amount of broth and noodle as the small!! (Large broth and noodle/toppings bowl on the left and the small on the right) I called aksing about getting some more noodle for my large and he said "sorry its company policy, all i can give you is a free soda" he even went so far as to say "i must've mispoke about the broth but there should be more noodle". There was no attempt to even remedy the issue, just the same offer of a free soda. With the constant raising of their pricing, this is ridiculous and I just wanted what I paid for! Poor customer service and an absolute rip off! I reccomend going to one of the three other pho places in the area. Pho #1 just got a new customer."

"One of my favorite phos in the area so far. We ordered a bun and pho to share. Their spring rolls are sooooo good! We didn’t get an order just got one on top of the bun. Great portions. I just didn’t really care for the Thai tea- it was too milky for me. The interior is very inviting- lots of people still on a late Sunday afternoon."
