"If I could give zero stars I would. They do not want to pay for prescribed medication, or out of unit care. They want to force people to use their facilities, even if you are not comfortable with their neurosurgeons or treatment plans."

"This health plan is a total rip off. Certainly not the cheapest plan on the market, and their prescription tiers are way over Aetna and quite a few others. They use asinine reasoning to deny prescription coverage. I've been on a medication that has greatly relieved my migraine pain, my work switched to this company and all of a sudden the coverage is denied because it wasn't prescribed by a specialist...really who are they to make a judgement on who can prescribe a medication? Another med was $20 copay from Aetna for 90 days, the same from them is 55.97 copay, if I get it at my usual pharmacy, but if I go to their mailorder I can get it for $40. So not only are my premiums twice what they were with Aetna, I have to buy my prescriptions from them too? There ought to be a law against this type of company trying to become a medical monopoly!"
