"This needs to stop, her appearance and demeanor match. Corporate needs to stop this trend at the door. This was around 7:30am at the Reisterstown MD location and these employees just roll out of bed come to work still sleepy and unmotivated to look professional and be pleasant."
"I’ve been going to this tropical smoothie and other ones in the area, but by far this is the most efficient one. The smoothies are always delicious and the food is good. My most recent experience there wasn’t great. Tropical smoothie has a rewards system and I spent a lot of money here and saved up all of my rewards until I had about 3-4 thousand points and the last couple times Ive Ordered from here I’ve used my free smoothie. When I used my free smoothie this morning, the manager Sam asked me how I have so many points and I told him I spend a lot of money here and have saved them up from this store and other stores. He accused me of scamming and said he is going to ban me from this store if I keep using my free rewards. I gave him my number to look me up in the system to see all of the money I’ve spent. He was very rude about it and I’m not ok with being harassed about using my rewards that I’ve saved up. If you don’t want people to use their rewards, then take it out of the store. Hopefully corporate contacts this store and Sam learns a lesson about customer service."
