"Disappointing perm. See image captions: what I asked for/what I got. I paid $85. They said I could get it redone, which was nice, and acknowledged that smaller rollers should have been used. Someone was supposed to call me back to confirm the date and time. Never heard a thing. I would have given more stars if I actually heard back."
