"My first time trying qdoba and it was sooo good! The team and manager were so kind and really gave me a great experience. Everything was fresh and I placed an order for pickup. I will always go here now instead of Chipotle!"
"I tried to order one loaded tortilla soup in a tortilla bowl and one side of tortilla soup in a cup. The employees here had no idea what I was talking about. Four of them stood around trying to decipher what I meant by “side of soup.” They gave me a tiny sauce cup and I said “no, cup of soup”and pointed to one of the cups. Finally they understood and the manager (who was on his cell at the counter) said repeatedly that I could have chicken in the side of soup. I said I wanted beans instead of chicken and we were back to square one, with them having no idea what I meant. He said that when I order the loaded soup, it comes in a tortilla, so I said “okay forget it, I’ll just take one soup.” I assumed that they simply didn’t offer cups of soup. When I got home, I see a side cup of soup right on the online menu. Extremely frustrating experience. If you order here, use the app. The manager and employees don’t even know what’s on their own menu."
"The girl working put an anemic portion of their most expensive meat. When I mentioned the portion is too small the cashier said it will be double the price. I didn’t ask for double meat. I asked to receive a normal serving of the PROTEIN which is how the pricing scheme is established. She refused and said “THAT” is the portion size. What exactly is the portion size? How do you so confidently tell me that pulling out an ambiguous portion of expensive meat with TONGS is THE accurate serving size? You can’t. So instead of offering customer service she just doubles down and I leave. Shame that the establishment would waste an entire burrito instead of satisfying their customer. Never retuning here because they waste food and have atrocious attitude and customer service."
"We have gone to this location ~7 times since moving to the area. For the price, the portion sizes are pretty generous compared to Chipotle and guac is free. Service has always been great. I recommend you go in person rather than order online."
