"I come here almost every week for 20 years to shop and experience the same thing with customer service. Customer service desk is terrible. No one is ever there and if they are they are in the back blowing up balloons or whatever. No one actually wants to work the desk and wait on customers . I just waited 5 minutes to get a rude “what do you need”. Politely asked for my items and said thank you. To which I got a response “hmmmmmm”. I have never written a review in my life but it gets very tiring when people who choose to do customer service actually don’t and are annoyed when they have to do their job."

"I transferred my RX from CVS to this pharmacy because it was cheaper to go there and to use my good RX card. I had terrible experience with John, the manager .He had rude attitude,short and edgy. When they entered my card it didn’t go through the first time so I asked him politely if he could try it again which it went through 2nd time, he stated that he will enter the card once and the 2nd time would be the last time to try the card , I replied that’s ok .it seems that he was bothered by my accent . I will never go back to that pharmacy again."
