"Stay away from this insurance agent!!!Completely untrustworthy. I contacted them November 5th to cancel my policy due to unable to afford it. They told me they can't cancel it without signed paper. But I was told they would stop auto payments from the account. Come November the 8th, the auto payment was still taken out. I called the office and was informed it takes a few days to stop payment. I replied, you can take an auto payment the same day but you cant stop one in a day? I was informed they would see what they could do to refund the money. As I have very angry family member missing money from their account. Then I get an email confirmation; that auto payment stop wasn't requested until November the 8th. And they told me they couldn't refund the money. This agent is very untrustworthy..... And found auto insurance through another carrier for half the price."
