CVS Pharmacy

"Closed during business hours without any warning/notification. This has happened multiple times. Save yourself the headache - go somewhere else. Can’t even transfer the prescription to another pharmacy because it is “in processing” at this one, despite them not being open at all today."

"I could not be more disappointed with this CVS. I scheduled a vaccine appointment on a Saturday afternoon because sometimes vaccines make me feel ill afterwards. I scheduled all of my other chores around this appointment. I received a text confirming my appointment 30 minutes prior. When I got there it was closed. Apparently this CVS often closes without warning. Unfortunately they must not possess the technology to send out a text alerting those who had appointments that it was closed. Or they just don’t care. Since I received multiple texts confirming my appointments, I conclude they do not care."

"Switched out of here to other CVS. 3 times I tried to pick up prescriptions and it's closed during hours it's supposed to be open because they dont have enough staff. Not cool when people need medications. Also Target doesn't have anything to do with it and doesn't care, so you're stuck having to deal w CVS 1-800 number to transfer your script to somewhere else. I switched to another permanently after being a customer of this one for about 10 years."

"They've officially lost me as a customer. I've been hanging around because their previous pharmacist was amazing but he's left the company and it's not worth going here anymore. The hours are terrible, and there's no guarantee they'll be there when they're supposed to. Went today to pick up a prescription, nobody was there, even though it was not during lunch hours. Asked a Target employee, he said they haven't seen anyone there all day. Long story short, called customer service, 45 minutes on the phone got my prescription canceled but not transferred, and I had to go see my doctor to send it next door to Wegmans instead. Don't waste your time with this pharmacy, there are plenty of other ones that are better."

"Best pharmacy ever. Nick is such a great pharmacist! He's knowledgeable, and always helps me with what I need, even if it's weird and out of the ordinary. They are fast when refilling, and I never get an attitude from anyone there."
