"This place is expensive and they don't have a good selection, I stopped going here along time ago. It's only benefit it's open on Sunday but it's way to expensive. If you want to get a better Deal, Beyond Hello is close, or Vytal Options in Kennett Square, these people are ignorant and a bunch of users."
"Not a great experience. Stopped by to make a quick first time visit purchase. Doors are fogged out and do not enter signs all over the place. Walked around the building no indication of where to go. Got back in the car, looked up the phone number, went through 3 different automated phone answering prompts, was asked for my name and phone number and then put on hold for 5 minutes before I gave up, hung up and left. I know many businesses still think Covid is an excuse for poor service but in my business it isn’t. Your competitor that I use regularly is very welcoming and friendly. You have a lot of locations, might want to think about your customers."
"Normally never have any issues with this location. However my latest interaction was not the best. I placed an order around noon with the intention of picking up after work around 5. Drove 30 minutes to get there only to be told the systems were down and nothing could be processed. I understand things happen out of my control but for an order to be placed and told it's ready for pick up for almost 4 hours just to drive up there and be turned away has left me feeling it may be time to find a new spot."

"I’m usually pleased with the service here. Some of the salespeople are absolutely amazing with their recommendations. Yesterday however I experienced a very misleading transaction. I requested a hybrid strain and was given a pouch marked indica. The salesperson covered the indica label with the customer label, so I didn’t notice. I did notice the other pouch I purchased the label was uncovered. Zen Leafs reaction to the mislabeling was it was a teachable moment. What! I don’t patronize Zen Leaf to provide teachable moments. I expect to be given what I requested and the salesperson to be completely transparent about the transactions."
