"Ordered the crunch wrap supreme meal. I've had this several times from Taco Bell however this one seemed like they made it with a tortilla shell that was way too big or they didn't fill my wrap up enough. It just wasn't done properly. After removing the excess wrap, it was still tasty. Service wasn't good or bad it was average."

"Waited in a very long line at the drive thru window to be met with a cashier who was incompetent at customer service. This man walked off with my credit card into another room for several minutes, he came back saying he cannot give me a receipt for my purchase. I asked him how much he just ran my credit card for. He left the room again and came back saying only that he cannot give me a receipt. So I asked again, how much did you charge me? He refused to answer, so I told him I would pull around to speak with his manager, to which he responded "ok". However, the doors are locked. So not only do I not have my receipt but I also do not have any food. I will have to get back into the line to try to get my food or dispute the transaction with my credit card tomorrow. Very inefficient service and unprofessional!! I am reporting this to corporate tomorrow, no doubt there is no management training employees properly at this location for late night service and loading receipt paper into the machine. Also it is a violation of visas policies to take the customers credit card, particularly completely out of the customer's view."

"Taco Bell on 7th street gave me very little chicken than vegs! I paid extra $ for chicken! They made too flat. The manager said the size of chicken is a small spoon!!!!! What a joke! I will never recommend to anyone about this place!"

"This Taco Bell is on point 90% of the time which I can say is better than any Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I’m only writing a review tonight because I’ve always had a good experience and the cashier was super nice and really made one of the small parts of my day nice. On the flip side I wouldn’t recommend going to the Taco Bell on west Patrick. The cashier there took my money and I didn’t realize it because I was on the phone. I went back with the exact time (I could see it on my call log) and the manager was making big a fuss instead of just looking if the drawer was over yesterday or the camera at the drive through window. I probably wouldn’t have given me my money back if there wasn’t other customers but that’s a whole nother story. 5/5"
