"When I took my older son here It was a great place! Everyone was super nice and I recommended it to people. Now we are in the process of treatment with my younger daughter and it has changed. They only come to Ellwood City one day a month and they jam so many patients in that you're sitting in the waiting room for up to an hour after your appointment time before even being called back. They have so many patients in Ellwood City that even on the one day a month they are there you can hardly ever get an appointment. They don't tell you this when you sign your kid up for a 2-year braces. They are constantly trying to get me to go to another office. I would not have have gotten them done here if I wanted to drive to other cities. Disappointed."
