"While we LOVED supporting this local pharmacy with free delivery and super friendly staff, the new owners have run it into the ground. They fired the pharmacist and now it is impossible to get through to a person and the voicemail is full. I had to call 6 TIMES to get through, begging for my medication, when everything used to be delivered on a schedule with no calls needed. And then they delivered it twice. My mom gets pill packs and is now out of medication including for her heart and I'm transferring to a new pharmacy having found her old pharmacist at the Emmaus Ave. Pharmacy and we can't get through to get the meds transferred so I had to call of her doctors to request prescriptions sent. It is so sad how this business has deteriorated. Their service used to be impeccable and so personal. And a woman called me to find out if they did something wrong that would cause me to chance pharmacies and hung up on me mid-sentence. Even if it was mistaken, you think she would call back. They have no concern for their customers and their customer service skills are completely lacking."

"This pharmacy is a dumpster fire without Rob as their pharmacist. I only began using Emmaus Drug Store because my doctor raved about him. I don’t know why he left but I wish I knew where he is going so I could take my business there. Today I called at noon about a prescription that was ready and let them know I’d come pick it up. They said they could deliver it tomorrow. I said I needed it today and had no issue coming to pick it up. Then they said they could deliver it today. An hour before their closing time it hadn’t arrived so I called them and learned it wasn’t sent out for delivery. I sent someone to pick it up for me at 4:30 PM and they couldn’t even find it at first. Rob, if you’re reading this, we all miss you! Where are you now?"

"When their previous pharmacist was sick for two weeks, this place fell apart. Orders were messed up, refills not done even after calling multiple times. All because the owners would sit outside on their personal phone calls instead of filling everyone's prescriptions. And then give you attitude to boot. I wasn't playing those games with them again, so I asked them to transfer everything to another pharmacy last week. Shocker when the fax kept getting lost. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. The operation is held together with toothpicks and glue, but they refuse to look in the mirror why. I'm glad that pharmacist chose himself this time."
