"I have been to different Sally’s in different locations many times before and have always HATED my experience. I was very hesitant of trying this one. But I am glad I showed up. The lady who was there tonight (I’m sorry I forgot your name. Long Purple hair) said hello to me, stopped stocking and walked over to me and asked what brought me there. I informed her that I got bored and just went with bleaching my hair without a game plan. She asked me all the right questions, gave me several options, and did not try to up-sale me. She was professional and honest. She introduced herself and was very patient with me, who had no idea what I was doing. And everything I bought tonight, worked!! I have never been happier! I am not quite sure on how all the other workers are there, but my Five Star review definitely goes to her! Thankyou!"

"This location is completely unprofessional and the people who work here are absolutely petty and fake. They pretend to be nice only for sales, they aren't actually nice. I applied here not too long ago. They took me in circles for almost 2 weeks to give me an answer if my application was looked over. Once they gave me an answer, I got the interview the next day which was a Sunday. It seemed like it went well and the lady said she would call me to tell me if I got the job on the following Friday. The day came where I was supposed to get a call and I did not hear back at all. I called and asked why I did not receive the call. I was taken in circles yet again, workers telling me the hiring manager wasn't in even though she said she was. So I get told they'd call me back on the next Wednesday when she would be in supposedly. Well, she still didn't. So I called again and asked why I still had not received a call. They told me she sent out an email giving my answer to me. I never got a notification for it but apparently it was sent the day before the manager was set to call me. Moral of the story, this place is fake as hell. I don't mind buying from Sally's but I definitely don't want to help the females here at all with sales to that store. I'd rather spend my money else where"

"I popped in about 15 minutes before close real fast to grab developer and a color, and the employee felt the need to announce "alrighty __ more minutes left before close." every two minutes, literally, repeatedly. I work in retail, I get having customers taking their time after close is annoying, but this was a bit much and the store was still open. A short "hey just an FYI that we close in 15 minutes!" or whatever when a customer enters is MORE than sufficient. You don't need to countdown for me like I'm four. :)"

"The guy that works there is an absolute gem, even when the store was closing in 2 minutes he took the time to help me. You need 5 more of him for every store I visit, he puts a big smile on my face. Keep using that coconut oil baby!"

"The staff at Sally's has always been super helpful whenever I have gone in. They have helped me decide not only hair colors but which brand would work the best for the color I want. Also which products would work best to pull the current color out or which bleach to use. I recommend this location."
