"Great customer service! I needed cold medicine for hubby and the pharmacist was very helpful. She came out behind the counter and helped me find what he needed. They also have magnifying glasses hanging near the medicine. The miniscule writing is so hard to see, Rite Aid gives their customers a great way to read the medication boxes. Such a simple and helpful idea. They also had a good selection of makeup and nail products. It was clean and organized. Everything I was looking for was easy to find. The prices were okay and they have their own generic brand for extra savings. I was greeted when I entered and when I left. Parking was super easy. Plenty of handicap parking and the parking is close to the entrance. Great overall experience."

"I don’t know how a pharmacy can be so awful. Every single time I have tried to pick up a prescription here there is a problem and that’s after I received a confirmation call that my prescription is ready for pickup. They either “didn’t get the script” or “don’t know what happened to the medication”. When I try to speak to someone about the lack of communication and utter incompetence they tell me to give them a break. They’re absolutely ridiculous. This is probably the 10th time or so I’ve had to start my medications late because of them. Do not waste your time here."

"I've had more positive experiences at this location than I can remember. That being said I have no idea what happened this past year but the service has been ridiculous with waiting times of over 30 mins on the phone trying to simply refill a prescription. Pharmacist on repeat visits tells me i have no coverage when in fact i do so I am forced to play phone tag. Id honestly go elsewhere if you want to find someone that knows what they are doing"

"Robyn in Pharmacy is a stellar employee and overall just a kind, patient human being! I was experiencing severe pain from a procedure. She took the time to escort me to the bathroom (ie RiteAid procedure) She shortened my wait time on my pain killer. I could not speak higher of this angel! It touched me so deeply she deserves the review. I hope the manager of this branch knows what a terrific employee Robyn is."
