"I grew up with Roy Rodgers roast beef sandwiches. I was a sad day when they were bought up by Hardee's/Carl's Jr. I hoped the Roy's roast beef would live on in the Hardee's world. Not to be. Well aparantly there was one franchisee that chose to keep the Roy's theme and menu. I've been able to see they have multiple locations. Awesome. The young and senior folks that seem to make up the team always seem to enjoy their work and have bubbly personalities. If I am in the area and I can even remotely justify stopping in, I do. Arby's and Hardee's/Carl's Jr. need to take a lesson about getting the "REAL" meat. To all of the Roy Rodgers employees, thank you. You each do your own part in keeping the system running. To the franchisee, God bless you and your family for keeping the Roy's way and products alive. I always look forward to my next visit."

"Chicken tenders were smaller than my pinky finger and tasted like they were cooked yesterday. Fixings bar was mostly empty. Condiments dispensers were all very dirty. The tables were absolutely filthy. What a shame. I won't be back!"

"I love this Roys!! I usually always get chicken tenders and they're always hot. Cheese burgers are always so good, fries are great, I enjoy all sides! Sometimes the fruit cups aren't in the best shape and they will mess up your side choice but those are easy fixes. Very friendly staff and I enjoy going in to eat as well. I eat here at least once a week!"

"Ordered from drive thru. Other patrons order and left during that time period. Went in to retrieve order. Milkshake was melted and food was cold. We were not given straws or fixin’ cups which were asked as part of the order."

"Upon walking in the atmosphere, it was a bit hostile. The manager was openly and loudly belittling one of the employees in front of us and other customers. She said they were too short staffed for him to be standing there. The problem was we were there to start our order but had to wait for her to finish being nasty. But Jacob was great, friendly, and helpful. The tables were clean, but I could not get it out of my head how horribly Jacob was treated by the manager. And we watched as he continued to be sweet and smiling at each customer. Later, I needed to go up there to get a knife for my jelly and another nice employee attempt to help, but I asked to speak with Jacob. After he gave me the knife, I told him he was doing great and not to let her bring him down. She glared at me as I ate, and she then stood there and did nothing. That was what she yelled at him for doing, and now she did it. That manager, Christina Hill, per the sign, was the one that made this a less than ideal experience. I have enclosed a photo. I attempted to let Roy Rogers Corp know, and they thanked me for hearing of our Positive experience, seriously?!?"
