"Send an quote request, got response pretty quick, shared all the details and received the quote. We had few questions about it, tried to call, no answer, so we emailed asking to call back. Nobody reached to us till 2 days later, we revived email with apologies and finally got called back day after. We discussed all the issues over the phone and got promised the revised quote via email...now that was week ago and we still didn't receive anything. I understand being busy but aren't we all? I guess you don't need new customers, oh well"
