"If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had coverage as a student with Haylor as the contact. I much would have much preferred to handle it myself. I only needed two months of coverage for myself and my partner due to a waiting period in a new job. I submitted letters of termination and initiation to Haylor, and received the wrong refund amount. This was supposed to be settled in Dec 2020. I am STILL communicating with them about when the proper coverage was supposed to occur. I am out over $1000 paying for coverage that is useless to me, since I was covered through my employer. Way to treat a student, especially during covid. Never using health insurance again if it is managed by Haylor. I'm still in the process of trying to receive the proper refund."
