"When you order ahead, they often do not accurately make your meal. Sometimes, an item might be missing, while other times you get the wrong meat. They're also frequently out of items. The drive, though, can be slow when there's a car in front of you. I've been inside od the store a couple of times, and it isn't much j better. I think I'm just going to go somewhere else in the future."

"This location often makes mistakes. The most recent one today? My husband ordered a quesadilla, which was definitely not a quesadilla (see picture). You can see on the label it's supposed to be a quesadilla, but I guess they just couldn't be bothered? Also, I asked for extra lettuce.... this is not extra lettuce. We won't be going back for some time. ---- Tried them again today thinking maybe they improved. I cannot eat sour cream, did not order sour cream, and am still trying to work out a refund with corporate because calling the store sends me through an automated system and isn't an option to fix the issue. I added a photo of the label and the bowl showing we did not ask for sour cream."
