Wegmans Pharmacy

"I guess you could say I adhere to the rules of being insane because I have continued to keep Wegmans Malvern 50 Foundry Way as my Pharmacy for filling my prescriptions for the last 7 years, and each time expecting good results. However, more often than not, I am met with DELAYS to my prescription that could very easily have been avoided. Not just hours, I am talking DAYS. They have signs posted everywhere with all these awards they have supposedly won. Obviously these awards had to have been awarded to them BY THEMSELVES. The only reason I stay here is because it is close to my house, oh yeah, and I suffer from insanity. I hear there is a pill for that, but if I get the prescription for it filled at this pharmacy, I won't get it for about a week and BY THAT TIME I WILL NEED A STRAITJACKET. PLEASE HELP!!!!!AAAAAAARRRGGGHH!!!"

"Made booster shot appointments for 10:30am thanks to the incompetence, sluggishness, and rudeness of the employee who I won’t name, we did not get our vaccines until 11:15. It felt like I was living the scene from Zootopia but the sloths were extremely unfriendly. Form was filled out incorrectly as I have a pre existing condition and was not sure what shot I should be getting (I’m not the doctor or pharmacist)- The employee gave me attitude about that and then proceeded to check the wrong box herself, causing more of a delay. I will say the pharmacist was friendly, but after the wait and headache this will no longer be my go to pharmacy and I would say go anywhere else for your Covid shot- you would probably wait less time even without an appointment."

"Horrible Pharmacy. I did not have insurance for roughly a year-and-a-half and the pharmacy told me that they do not have a card that lowers the cost of prescriptions. I go to another Wegmans Pharmacy and they apply the Wegmans prescription discount which lowers my one prescription $25 and my other prescription $20 dollars for a total of $45 over the time of a year or a year and a half at once a month. I look at it no shorter than them stealing from me. not only did I ask them one time about the card but twice and I was still denied from them using it towards my prescription. if you do not have insurance and want to save money do not go to the Wegmans in Malvern they will not give you the the Wegmans discounted price with the prescription card. I look forward tuuo hearing back from a Wegmans manager. I've been a loyal customer for over 12 years that I lived in Malvern. It's a shame this is the last store I would expect this type of actions from. There is a very long paper trail of proof I always paid with debit card. You can see from the moment I switched pharmacies how much my bill dropped all all because the new Wegmans that I go to our courteous enough to give me the discount card. I guess when you live in a rich area they automatically figure you should be able to afford it."

"I'm old enough to remember what a family Pharmacy was like. The crew here at the Malvern location bring back memories of what that was like. Friendly and helpful, they never just leave you standing there. Nothing like standing at the counter for 15 minutes and no one even will make eye contact. These folks let you know you are there.. they CARE."
