"If I could give him a 0 stars I would. He begged for my business since I own several properties and I let him insure my units. The price he gave me for the first year was reasonable, but the next year doubled in price. I asked him to terminate my policies, instead he did the opposite. He billed my bank for the renewal since 2017 without my knowledge. Of course I chose another insurance company to cover the properties and since 2017 to today 2023 I been paying for two policies without knowing it. I approached him several time and he refused to do the right thing. I just received another renewal, I went ahead and paid the mortgage so he can't get more money from me. Imagine yourself in this situation. I will make sure he lose his license in the near future. Do not place yourself in his hands. Unethical and irresponsible. For him you are $$$$ signs."
