"I tried to order pup cups for my dogs (which I have done at multiple other Dunkin’ Donut locations) and was told they do not provide pup cups. Therefore, I offered to pay for two cups of whipped cream, the manager refused to sell them to me."
"This is the only dunkin that ever gets my coffee order right, customer service is fast and people are friendly. The establishment is clean and welcoming. Only complain is whenever I order and pay for a side of avocado they never put it in my bag. I'd still go here over the spring mills location any day."
"I feel bad for the staff at this location. They're always overwhelmed and understaffed. I don't understand why it is set up that they are allowed to get inundated with mobile orders that they litterally can't fill. I waited over 20 minutes for an order that I placed ahead of time on the mobile app and it wasn't even starred by the time I had to leave because my "quick" stop for coffee was making me late."
"I waited around 20-30 minutes to get some simple donuts . I ordered 6 donuts, it ain’t that hard to put the donuts in the container and charge me. And should I mention how rude the employees are."
"Most of the time, the coffee is excellent. Seems they are out of old-fashioned donuts or they are hard most visits. Love the chocolate covered Bismarck with vanilla cream, but most of the time, there is very little cream inside. And they seem to be out of them maybe 1 out of 3 or 4 visits. Same outage on the apple doughnuts."
