"Went in with a referral for a medical device. The lady at the counter looked at my insurance card and insisted it was a drug prescription card, not a health insurance card. I tried to explain that it was a health insurance card and that I had used it many times, showing her as an example the referral from the hospital, where my card information was listed as well. She said that they do things differently, not like the hospital and that they do not process this type of insurance, even though their pharmacy was listed as an in-network provider on my insurance's website. She wanted to charge me full price, so I left. I did not dare test her competence in preparing my device."

"Great place. The people are friendly and helpful. If you’re waiting to have a prescription filled, there’s plenty of other things to look at. Prices are fair. Found more than one item on their shelves that was half the price of what Walmart sells them for. Highly recommend."
