"Sometimes the gate will try to overcharge you by more than $20 and even after following up with customer service the "correct" rates for 24hr stays don't match what is posted. Also if you have to use the customer service button on the pay machines they are barely audible and some don't work at all. Garage is usually clean and the security guy is very helpful though. Due to the location there is occasionally on foot police presence on weekends and around holidays in addition to the normal security guy."
"Paid for parking in advance on website for convenience and "special" rate. Printed a parking permit with q-code and instructions to scan at gate. The garage was not equipped with scanning equipment. There was no way to back out so I had to take a ticket to move forward. I saw a random man in garage uniform who said I can use the scanner on the way out. When I was done for the day and wanted to go home, I found out that this was not true. There was no scanning equipment on the way out either. It took about 30 minutes and many flights of stairs to find someone that worked there. It took 10 or 15 more minutes to get them to validate a ticket. This was not convenient. The "special" rate was also more than it would have cost to just park normally without all the "convenience". These guys have not entered the modern world. They may be okay if you are not using technology."
