"After picking up my prescription today, the check out person told me to wait for the pharmacist who would answe my question. The pharmacist working today was extremely rude. She helped a lady in front of me and then ignored me for 5 minutes not even saying I’ll be with you shortly. After 5 minutes of me waiting she says she’s busy filling prescriptions and doesn’t have time to answer a question about a prescription I just picked up. She is the only person working today and I could come back and check if she’s free. No, I’m not going to come back periodically and check whether you are free. All this right next to a sign that says we care and all your questions answered here. Yeah, thanks. Terrible service."

"I am so incredibly thankful for the pharmacy team in Downingtown. On the rare occasion I have to go to a different pharmacy, I’m reminded of how wonderful they are at Wegmans. We were calling around looking for a rare medication for my daughter. While on the phone we asked if they received a Rx for my son, which they had not yet. 20 minutes later, they called me (without asking), because she remembered us asking about it, to let me know my son’s prescription came in and they would fill it immediately. They are helpful and go the extra step - even calling insurance companies for clarification. Some reviews indicate that there are employees who aren’t friendly. Yes, at times, it happens - don’t we all have bad days sometimes?! Even on a bad day, they are still amazing. Thank you for making the life of this crazy working mom just a little easier when there is an unexpected sick day!"

"Picked a prescription for my baby 2 times. Both times we are short on dosage. Either they do not give the prescribed amount and do some kind of scam or the syringe they provide with medication is incorrect ! I am switching pharmacies and not coming back here!"

"I'm really disappointed in this pharmacy. I went to get a COVID booster, the woman who checked me in seemed annoyed the entire time, they had me wait for 45 minutes after my appt. time even though I got there early, then they made me wait another 30 minutes for observation, even though the pharmacist wasn't anywhere in sight. If you want the country vaccinated, you need to make it easy and convenient. It should NOT take an hour and a half."
