"I am a disabled Vet who recently moved to the area. I attended an urgent care visit and left with a medication order. Went to this VA approved pharmacy. After initial confusion on the part of a clerk - to which I responded poorly - a supervisor got involved. Eventually, typical govt bureaucracy was resolved but, med was OTC and VA does not pay. Nonetheless, staff approached me, thanked me for serving in Desert Storm, and provided med - gratis. This was a profound kindness which I will not forget. Thank you for YOUR service. Please accept my belated apology for my initial rudeness."

"Honestly they have a good selection but in my opinion it's not worth the customer service. This is a small town and we need this pharmacy but we don't need to be talked to in a rude/short manner by the pharmacist. No matter what the customer should always be treated with respect. Update: Today the pharmacist wasn't wearing a mask. I would think considering they have a mask requirement posted on the door that they would be wearing one."
