"I still dont have my meds. Been about 4 days now. They are for blood sugar. Ive been making multiple calls back and forth. First time I called pharmacist said they have it, she will fill it, and they will deliver it the next day. Next day comes around, I waited till end of day cuz I wanted to give them time to deliver it, it never comes. No one calls either. So I call, get told it never got sent over by the Rite Aid. After calling Rite Aid, find it out it was sent. 3rd day, they admit having it but insurance wont cover. I offered to self pay but they told me to call the next day cuz she hasnt filled it yet and she wont know what time. She refused to give me the price, even argued with me. They keep lying and not taking responsibility. Pharmacists who lie should be criminally charged and then sued in that order. With the job comes a big responsibility. They are playing with peoples health and in some cases, lives!"
