"I felt my daughter (age 5.5 years) was rushed by the hygienist and the doctor was not thorough while explaining her current dental care. This was today’s experience. I wanted to add more to the review, but I was at another appointment. So in the past 2 appointments over an 1 1/2 years time, my daughter had great experience and I have personally felt the overall cleaning process was smooth and my daughter was happy about it. And also interaction with Dr. Iyer was also great, he pinpointed couple of issues and made suggestions. Overall experience was great. And really hope next appointment will be good too."

"This review is for Princeton location They used both Laughing gas and general anesthesia for cavity treatment. When you go for general check-up and find cavity, Normally a doctor would have discussed course of procedure they going to perform. like what kind of anesthesia they going use, what kind of filling n all. But nothing was discussed. Right before our appointment to treat cavity, we got a text msg to sign the laughing gas consent or else the appointment's will be canceled .This an hour or 2 before our appointment. Most of the first time parents don't know what anesthesia is used on kids. we thought it is just a consent for using anesthesia which is obviously required for cavity treatment, we gave it without reading it. in the fine print it is written that they gave many option for anesthesia and we chose Laughing Gas at the cost of 70$ out of pocket. According to consent they didn't gave us any option. Also my husband was there for cavity treatments, when he found they use 2 kind of anesthesia obviously any parents will get furious. Instead of accepting there communication issue they bared both of my kids to visit any of there center. Its fine i can always look for a new doctor. But the way they treated us and kids is very unfair."

"We have been going here for the last 7 years and I cannot express how amazing the staff and doctors are. The facility itself is child friendly and welcoming. They explain to the kids what is going on to help ease their anxiety. My girls actually enjoy coming here. They stopped taking our insurance unfortunately and I havent been able to find a new dentist for my girls. We had an emergency and they took us and helped my daughter. I am so grateful. I really hope they start taking our insurance again. This type of care is hard to find."

"I brought my daughter here and was so pleasantly surprised by the care. The lobby is so fun with tvs video games and Lego men hanging from the ceiling! The dentist chairs are super colorful and really tailored to make the kids feel super comfortable. While in the chair the kids look straight up at a perfectly placed tv with their choice of what to watch. The dental hygienist was incredible alongside the dentist as well. Bring your child here if you want a great dental experience!"

"Didn’t have a good experience today at the office. My 6 years old needed her cavity work done but ended up not having anything done. Prior to today’s schedule, I have mentally prepped her that she will get a shot in order to proceed her cavity procedure. My kid already accepted the fact although she was very scared. The whole time when she was on the chair, she asked the dentist and the assistants if she will receive a shot in the mouth first. They said no. She was very happy that she wasnt going to receive a shot. I wish they could’ve been honest with my kid. Then as the procedure about to start, dentist pulled up a needle and she asked what that was. She freaked out and refused to get the shot. The dentist then had to stop the procedure and walked out with the assistant. After I spent 10 minutes talking my child into it, that she needed to get her cavity taken cared of. She was willing to brave up and give a second try. Then they told me that they can’t see her because they have to see next patient soon. I was upset how they only have this little time slot for one patient. I complained to the front desk and told them that you guys are dealing with kids!!!! It’s a pediatric right?!?! First they lied to my child about not receiving the shot, then they tried to sneakily stick the needle in her mouth. Then when that didn’t work, they didn’t want to see her even after my kid was willing to take the needle. I drove all the way from nyc and took off work for her appointment. I ain’t coming back because they don’t know how to deal with kids"
