"Stopped this morning with my 85 yr old mother who uses a walker. The server/hostess was at the register and rung out 5 people then instead of seating us she went and served coffee around the dining area then went and got water for people. When I said something she screamed at me stating I have people waiting. I said yes you do us, but not any more. We will go to Valley Dairy. Went there and were seated immediately. Why would you let an elderly woman with a walker stand and wait to be seated while you served coffee to people. She could have seated us and then got our coffee and water with everyone else's. Useless Mike Kelly was there and I am sure they seated him immediately without wait."
"Terrible customer service. As a dasher, I will not deal with this establishment or the hot dog shop no more; nor will these places get my business. The Blond lady at snack n pack threatened me with a low rating for circumstances out of my control. On another note, yinz don't have the original hot dog chili. That would be the dog house, which has far superior food, as well as decent human beings."
"Really disappointed to make this review, but ever since the change of owners the quality has visibly declined but the prices increased. My chicken salad tonight had 6 small burnt or broken fries total. The small amount of lettuce in the salad doesn’t match for the price and many pieces were very brown. Then the house dressing was nothing but oil in 3 out of 4 containers. Only one had actual seasoning in it. I got two identical chicken salads both poorly made for $31! I called to try and speak with a manager at around 5pm on a Friday but no one knew who a manager was and there was not one on the shift…… Only The Monroe Hotel from now on!!"
"Food was ready on time. But it was a soggy mess of fake cheese and almost no bacon. Also undercooked mess of a pepperoni ball. Not to mention an up charge if you use a card. I will not be returning and encourage anyone thinking about it, to think twice. It’s expensive, cheap food."
