Deer Park Bottled Water Delivery Baltimore

"I live on the third floor (stairs only) and have been receiving my water delivery to my front door since March 2022. Then the last 3 deliveries they have been leaving three 5 gallon waters and a case of waters downstairs for me to bring upstairs. Why do you think I have delivery Ready Refresh. Your drivers are lazy and incompetent. Services have been cancelled as of today Friday, October 7, 2022!!!!"

"I have been using Deer Park home delivery service for over 30 yrs. Their service has gotten so disorganized and unreliable. Their customer service is horrible. I had to wait on the phone over 45 mins on different occasions to get water because they didn’t show up when they said they would. I stopped service, received confirmation and still had water delivered. I have no intentions of paying for it, but now I need to deal with that!"

"I have been a Deer Park/Ready Refresh customer for 11 years. I take pride in being a loyal customer, but this past year my service has been so bad I can not allow this water company service me. They don't deserve my loyalty as a customer. My last water delivery was March 24th 2018! In April about the same time of the month I find out my new delivery is May 7th!. What happened to April?! May 6th arrives and I get a message that it will be 9th. I put my bottles out on the 9th and by the end of the day no water delivery. I make a call and now they say May 14! This company wants to get rid of their clients with this kind of service (no service)."

"I don’t write reviews but when I thought about the service from this company I decided to start. These reviews are dead on. My delivery has been rescheduled 5 times. I have 8 empty bottles and customer service told me maybe we can deliver tomorrow. Tomorrow? The worst customer service, the worse delivery service and I’m very surprised they are still in business. Save the headache, buy from anywhere else."

"My experience with this bottled water delivery service in Baltimore, pretty much replay many of the horror story reviews of dissatisfied customers. I found the delivery service of this company appalling. The delivery people actions were counter productive toward it's customers, and management and customer service did little or nothing to remedy my complaints. Seems that, if someone's terrible work habits are affecting my business, something would be done about it, other than a free case of water. Because of this experience, I had to cancel my service. Otherwise, my rating for this company would be totally different."
