"I was there today for an appointment, the lady behind the desk checked me in, stated that I was late for my appointment, 3 min late, and I was, I also have worked in Drs offices and 15 minutes late is time to reschedule, and I was literally 3 minutes late and she tried to reschedule. She went to ask if it was ok I stay and the Dr said yes it’s fine. So I’m waiting and two other people come in and get called back, I said something and the lady said, I’ll be back shortly, few minutes go by and she calls me back, and says ok you can fill out your new patient paper work, I said I’m not a new patient, I’ve been there before several times actually, and I said is that why other people were ahead of me because I was considered new, and she said yes since my appointment would be longer, I was there over an hour waiting! Then I get in the back, and Dr rushes to do my teeth, then he puts fluoride on my teeth when my chart says I can’t have it because of my health condition!!!! I saw on the computer highlighted to check chart!! This place has gone down hill, and I’m switching. Oh and the actual chair was completely dirty, I almost walked out of it wasn’t for the need of appointment. They’re always booked too, never have emergency appointments."
