"Would have rated 0 stars. Removed my kids from the practice during Covid because their standards were less than desirable. My husband stayed and last year needed a 20 year old crown replaced. Not only did they fail to tell him they only accepted our insurance for pediatric dentistry (we only found out after the claim denial), he had to go back multiple times to get it fixed and it was still never right. Now it is causing him pain and they do not stand behind their services because it has been "more than 6 months". Stay far away from this practice and find a trustworthy dentist that doesn't only care about money."

"My son had an appointment at 3:30 pm. We were running late because I also had an a doctors appointment and on our way back we got caught in a little traffic. I called the office letting them know that we're going to be late 5 minutes. Once we arrived I was told that because my son was late 5 minutes literally 5 minutes he had to wait for a long time because there's 8 people ahead of him now. This was my first time being late in my years I take my children there. How many times I had to wait for an hour or two because they were running late. This office needs to do something with the time and the front desk staff."
