"Food was good. My brothers burger was undercooked, he has to eat well done meat. Restaurant atmosphere was fine until they turned the air conditioning on, it was 40° outside."

"We just left the Chili's in Butler and I could not be more impressed with the staff today. I came in with a large group of developmentally disabled individuals and they not only accommodated us but were extremely friendly and patient with the gentlemen we take care of. It was one of our fellas birthday and you all made his day. I can not say enough good things about the service and professionalism of this restaurant. Really good burger too! "Surprisingly good for a chili's. The bartender Jake was more friendly than Hope. The food was actually good. Again, I say that with a surprise. We ended up coming here on a Saturday night and then again on Sunday (Easter). I'd probably give it 5-STARS if it wasn't for Hope's somewhat cold demeanor. The food really was good for being a chain restaurant. Go figure. Oh! The strawberry eddy margarita of the month, they hand made. At another chili's, they poured from a tap- which tasted like it came from a tap. The handmade one's at this location were awesome."

"Good food and friendly waitress. Lots of variety to pick from. We stopped there this past Saturday and had a great meal and an appetizer. The margaritas are good too. The manager seated us and he was extremely nice and helpful. They were practicing social distancing which we were happy to see. I would definitely recommend this place and we will go back in the future. Good atmosphere, good food, good drinks, what else could you ask for"
