"Do not go here if you already don't like the dentist! This place is great if you do not care about building a relationship with a company. Personally, I value a relationship that I have with a company. This was my very first dentist (from childhood) and I never really had a problem. As of recently I have noticed how careless the receptionists are. I missed my appointment because I needed a jump on my car, and received a call 7 minutes after my appointment saying that I was no longer able to be seen. After clarifying my knowledge of what a schedule is, ( I that i knew I missed my appointment) I was still given attitude. I could have KINDLY been notified that I missed my appointment but instead received a nasty call. After I called back when my car was taken care of (20 min later) to reschedule I brought up the attitude that I experienced and was told "I heard her she didn't give you attitude" I turned to a different office due to the lack of respect and understanding of human situations. Never had a problem with my teeth, and I have to found another dental office with nicer receptionists. :) My family and I will now turn our 15 years of business to another office. "Advanced Dental Care in Vernon was fantastic. They were flexible with scheduling options. The lady that greeted me at the front desk was super happy, friendly and really helped to brighten my day. I met with several of the staff for x-rays, then the cleaning and the dental check with the dentist. Everyone was amazing. Super friendly, and did a great job. Kudos to the hygenist who did a great job cleaning my teeth and making sure everything was perfect. The dentist was thorough and explained risk factors and possible future treatments that could mitigate any future risk. It was a great visit. I'll be back in 6 months!"
