I’m 35 now but unfortunately had to go to the dentist on my 16th birthday (thanks mom), I was greeted at the door with a card and flowers from the staff, as they must have seen on my file that it was my birthday. That small gesture made me feel so great and stuck with me to this day which shows a lot about the practice. It’s just who they are as individuals and as a staff. I will be going to Dr. Timian until the day he retires. By the way, Karen is my hygienist and she rocks!"
