"Update *******just checked all the recent reviews for all the offices for this simply beautiful smiles within the last year ….Big time problems with their billing …. Looks like they don’t check your insurance, take your money and then bill you for more since insurance doesn’t cover it …. EVERYONE RUN FROM THIS COMPANY !!!! I am Getting a lawyer ! It’s the principle of the matter now. I am Not paying that bill ..and all these reviews will be shown to him ! Worst billing ever !!!!! Loved when it was the old practice . This simply smiles is sneaky !! Have me sign a paper what it will cost and I pay before we leave . Not a problem ! Then My kids go back for treatment and they do other things without me knowing and then charge the insurance which it’s not covered under and now I have a $500 for my kids bill . Sneaky sneaky sneaky . Finding a new dentist"

"The worst billing process I’ve ever experienced. Went to this office 25 years, same insurance. Never had a problem. New company took over and trying to resolve a bill for a year. Insurance says it’s covered and they issued a check. Visited the office, called the office, sent a letter with all documents. Called insurance 3 times and they’re trying to resolve it. Billing says they’re putting me in for collection. Just incompetent !"

"I love my dentist he is the best makes me feel very comfortable and calms me down with my anxiety. Maria is great she informs me of my copays in advanced and answers all of my questions. Thank you Maria I appreciate you! The staff are amazing and very funny they also go over everything with me with great detail! Definitely recommend Simply Beautiful Smiles of Woodhaven!"

"My family went to Woodhaven Dental for years. When the new practice took over we continued for a period of time. Unfortunately, they switched office managers, front desk personnel and their billing office. Needless to say we are no longer patients. They are very unprofessional from their billing office, who has no idea in regard to insurance coverage and allowances, an ongoing issue since March, and now double bills because they have no record that you paid, to their office staff, whose snarky and inappropriate comments throughout this ordeal has not helped. I’m still waiting on a call from the office manager, since at least May. Never again."

"I want to start off by saying that I was treated by Woodhaven Dental for over 20 years and when I went for my first visit with the new practice, about 2 years ago I left in tears. The Dr came in with a post it note with about 6 things he wanted to fix. I immediately felt like something wasn't right after going to the dentist religiously for so many years. I decided to get a second opinion at a new place which was highly recommended by a friend and have been there at least 3 times since and haven't had one issue pop up. I felt cheated by this practice, the dr, and sad that they would try to take advantage of me like that. They called me about a year later wondering why I haven't come in and I explained how upset I was and asked them to pass it along but feel it's a lost cause if the drs are cheating people. I left my new dentist today for a cleaning a felt the need to post this considering I never posted a review on my experience. I would highly suggest going somewhere else unless you want to be taken advantage of."
