"Horrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment for my grandson, and two days later I needed to reschedule due to an upcoming out of town trip conflicting with the date. Tried for 2 weeks in vain to get in touch with someone. Left several messages both voicemail and text as instructed by the message on their machine. No one responded. When I finally did get someone, and tried to find out what days they are in the office, she could not provide the best days to call, only provided hours. I made another appointment but ten minutes later decided to just cancel and go somewhere else. I just don't feel comfortable going to an office that is so unpredictable and vague with the office hours. When I tried to call back, once again I was unable to reach anyone. They received one star because they did finally respond to a text message to cancel my grandson's new appointment."

"If I could give negative stars I would. My partner has a broken tooth and abscess, she’s been up for two days crying because she’s in so much pain, on top of working in a call center. So she had to call out today. This dentist had the nerve to tell her she shouldn’t have called out for this and refused to write her a doctors note on top of telling her he wouldn’t give her anything for pain, not even prescription strength Tylenol, and that the antibiotic would be enough. This place is insanely rude and unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend anyone who is in actual pain and needs help go here."

"This is my very first time writing an online review. I came here with my mom and they had a slight misunderstanding over a referral that couldve been resolved very easily by communication. The assistant in the front got stressed very easily and threw the paper on the desk and told us to sit down and wait in a very assirtive way. I tried to tell her that its probably just a mix up and she kept talking over me and telling me to sit. So I told her to calm down and her response was “bye girl”. It is not very professional for anyone to respond like that in any professional setting. Besides the assistant up front who mocked my moms accent and used loose terms, the dentist is very nice. However, the office in general is very slow we ended up staying for more than an hour. Would not recomend to anyone."

"So rude and uncaring. I called to ask a question and the receptionist hung up on me. they also were rude with my son when pulling his wisdom teeth he said he could feel it and they didn't care his blood pressure went through the room This place is horrible told me I needed to have my last tooth fixed i said I would wait the 3 weeks for the new year told me I had plenty left I didn't and had to pay for the repair out of pocket because I met my deductible also told me I need root canal moved out if state went to another dentist who never even suggested root canal I questioned him about it and he stated there was no need for any root canal on any teeth. I will never trust this place"

"Let's just leave it at because of their screw ups I now have to pay ten thousand dollars to get my teeth properly fixed. I will be calling a lawyer. They refused to fix the fillings they did. They left cement on my teeth that have rotted my other teeth. I had the worst experience with them. Never again will I go there."
