"If you’d like to wait for over an hour to be seen then this is the place for you. I went for an 11 o’clock appointment with my child when I signed in I noticed three or four other people ahead of me with the same appointment time,that was the first indication it was going to be a long day. Secondly, I waited for over an hour to be seen just for a cleaning for four-year-old third the staff was loud, laughing, joking about their personal relationships, day-to-day events, not worried at all about their clients sitting and waiting for such a long time. I went up and asked how long it would be after about 30 minutes of waiting and they said oh your next, Yet I wasn’t called until about 40 minutes later no one ever apologized and said sorry for the inconvenience .Will not be going back to this Dentist Again!!!"

"i honestly love this office. the providers are amazing, only thing is that the wait is unnecessarily long and the front desk is either always on their phone or having personal conversations alittle too loud. but other then that, great service!"

"Currently still waiting writing this. My app was for 130. Got here at 115,it's now 3 and I just got brought to the back amd was told I have to wait a while still to just get a tooth pulled. From the time I called they were rude on the phone, I only came here because I'm in alot of pain and they took my insurance when I called. If I wouldn't have been in pain I would have made another apt somewhere else. This is my first and last time here. There was no way the waiting room should have been that crowded.then after all that the Dr told me she couldn't pull it,and gave me a referral somewhere else. The Dr walked out of the "room" when I was still talking and asking questions. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. If I could leave no stars I would"

"Lot of fraud going on here…. Recommended I get all 4 wisdom teeth pulled because ONE needed a filling. They had me wait over an hour for my appt. They also only cleaned my front 4 teeth. I’d never go back, and am reporting their behavior to my insurance & to Dental board. Don’t send anyone here!!!"

"This is absolutely the worst dental practice that I've ever experienced, and I'm 62. Totally unprofessional, chaotic and loud. My appointment was for 12:00. It's currently 1:15 and I'm still sitting in the waiting room. The patients in the waiting room are listening to their phones on blast, yet the staff does nothing. Do not subject yourself to this mess. Do not use Elite Dental. You'll be sorry if you do. The four employees sitting behind the front desk are disorganized and loud."
