"Absolutely horrible and disgusting customer service. Set an appointment 4 MONTHS ago. They told me as I walked in that the doctor was behind and had to reschedule. As an office that has a strict and to be honest rude way of enforcing their 24 hour notice policy this not only caused an extreme inconvenience for life, it has cost me an entire day from work. Not only that, but now dental care that I have been waiting for months to have taken care of will not be neglected until I can find a new dentist because I will no longer be using this office due to their lack of care and organization. This place is an absolute mess and the women that work in the office are incapable of handling simple things like scheduling and communication. Add to that how rude they are and this place doesn’t deserve to be open anymore."

"The staff was amazing. heather was super helpful. But the man who pulled my tooth? Didn’t let the numbing agent take all the way. I felt him break my tooth apart. And he made fun of me for crying and apologizing. Extremely rude. I was in pain and scared and he made it worse. Didn’t talk to me or anything just made me feel little. Admitted to giving me 4x the recommended amounts of lidocaine bc he was impatient and couldn’t wait for it to kick in. Awful. Every other staff member was so sweet and kind. But the man pulling teeth? Horrible, sadistic person."
