Dr. Stettler Said I would not have to incur any added expense for repair. Mark the “office manager” insisted otherwise and would not give me credit or refund. His rude attitude is hurting the reputation of this kind dentist. The credit card bank got my money back. I left the practice after a decade because of Mark’s rude behavior. I never thought a dental office would try to rob me. Understand that before Mark started working at this office everything was fine."
