"I have been going to this dentist for years and overall they were fine. I had no issues. However, I did not appreciate that they billed my insurance company $20 for PPE due to Covid. When my insurance company denied the claim, they reduced it to $10 and billed me directly. The only extra PPE they gave me was a thin plastic eye shield. The dental hygienist herself told me that they aren't really doing anything different because since AIDS they already sanitize everything. She said the only difference is that they now wipe down the waiting room too. I understand that everyone has had to use extra PPE but there is no way that it costs $10 to $20 per patient. I was told that "all dentists are charging it". My husband's dentist does not. I really feel that they are making up for losses by taking it out on patients. My company had to close for several months too. We do not take it out on our clients. I will never go back to this dentist. UPDATE! I received the response to my review claiming they no longer charge the additional PPE fee. Since Covid is still an issue at this time (3/2021) I can only assume that I was not the only patient that they lost or that was upset by this. Yes, it should have been communicated to me at the time of my visit. I was told that there was a sign in the lobby but I did not see it. It is good that they thought better of this policy."

"Dr. Pete and Dr. Stan have been my dentist for over 25 years. Their hygienist Debbie Hutchens has provided me with the best care for my teeth. There are many dentist offices more convenient to my home in Montgomery county. But I would never think of going anywhere else. The Drs. have always had a very well managed organization. It is my opinion that they have the best dentist practice in the area."
