TD Bank

"I like TD Bank in general because of the atm fee reimbursement and no fee checking, but this branch is the worst branch of any bank I've ever had to deal with. They will take 20 minutes to do a simple cash withdrawal. All of the workers there seem to think that their job is to make transactions as slow as possible. The lines are normally long because of how slow the tellers are. I spent 5 minutes alone today just staring WITH the teller at the branch manager because she was too important to do her job. The total length of time for the transaction was over 20 minutes and this was for something that shouldn't have been more than 3 minutes total. I even went in knowing they'd mess with me because the last time I had to visit multiple branches to get cash. It's almost as though they don't know they're a bank. The only reason I don't drop them is because of all the auto-payments I have tied to the account."

"Read some bad reviews from some time ago here, and can sort of empathise with them as last yr, my husband walked in trying to open an a/c but was faced with someone who did not seem interested, and gave him wrong information. Anyway, not to be upset, my husband just thanked him and left taking his business else where. Today, however, I tried again as I live around this area and really would like a bank close by. So I am very glad that my experience with both Ms Jenny Lopez and Mr. Shriram Vacan has been so pleasant and personable; I guess this location has really improved :)) Perhaps its because I came on a weekday, but i see only happy customers with helpful staffs in the time I was there having my questions answered, my accounts opened and also TD bankers making sure I am entitled to the current promotion. Ms Jenny also dished out helpful advise that is valuable to a foreigner like me. I must say its really concerning (like one of the customer reviewed here) that the branch tel number really don't work, nobody pick up despite me calling multiple times and holding on. Should I be calling the general line instead? On the other hand, Ms Jenny who helped me with my ac opening is very responsive via emails. Well, I am looking fwd to continue being a happy customer here for years to come."

"If I could give zero stars I would I do not know what is up with TD bank This location seems to have serious issues. Months ago, I spent hours calling periodically and could never get any one to even answer the phone. It must not just be this branch because after calling 5 diff locations I finally got the little river branch to actually answer. Every time I have tried to help my mom w her account I am met w resistance or just ignored. The legal department is a joke there also. I submitted a power of attorney to be reviewed 3 (THREE) weeks ago and they still don’t have an answer. I went to my bank and waited maybe 45 minutes and had my answer and an hour later I was out the door with a smile on my face. My mom and I have come up with a solution ON OUR OWN thank the lord and rest assured TD Bank will not be a bank we will ever use again or recommend to anyone. Why they want to make things so hard on people in these competitive times, I will never understand I have been treated like I have nefarious intentions which is so funny to me but I will tell you I do not appreciate it But your loss TD. Cant wait to end this and be done once and for all and go on my merry way to a bank that cares."

I was very pleased with the customer service I received. I left with my problems resolved and the worries I had coming in to TD Bank no longer an issue."
