"This office and the company overall was a nightmare to work with. I was hit by a customer of theirs, and the experience was one headache after another, literally! The autobody shop was unable to reach them, causing a week delay in my repair. The rental car was unable to reach them, causing issues resulting in me taking matters into my own hands. When trying to set up a rental (I was the victim in the accident), I was told by this office to pay out of pocket for the difference, after they downgraded me from a Jeep Grand Cherokee to a Chevy Spark! I was expected to pay them! The party responsible for the accident is also changing companies after being a loyal customer of theirs for 50 years. You are not in good hands with Allstate!!!"
