"Echo comments about their not caring. Rep sent a homeowner's quote that was higher than what they quoted over the phone and included coverages for a garage, even though I told them I don't even HAVE a garage. I emailed on a Sunday to ask for a phone call to clarify, and by lunch on FRIDAY I still didn't get a callback from anyone!"

"This place is terrible. The original sales rep that I worked with was great, but she left the company and then I never heard a word from these people after that. Not once did they reach out to me to let me know who my new contact would be or even to simply review my commercial insurance needs. Needless to say I let my policy with them expire so that I could work with a new agency that actually offered some customer service. Now Wilson and Associates is trying to charge me $200 since I never canceled my policy with them. What is the point of a policy Having an expiration date if they are going to continue charging me money after it expires? This company is absolutely terrible. They have no concept of customer service at all. Do not use them."
