"I'm not sure how this happened. I arrived, ordered my food, waited in the restaurant for 20 minutes. The pizza was not hot or even warm. I don't know if the crust is made ahead and all the ingredients and just topped on it. The crust was crispy, all ingredients were good just not hot"

I went to high school in the area and used to eat this when I was younger because it was available but even as an adult it is still so good. My taste buds have definitely changed but Chicago deep dish and deep fried pepperoni rolls somehow still have the same hold over me as when I was young. "I got the deep dish pizza and it was without a doubt the best pizza I’ve had in The Valley. You can tell their sauce is made fresh everyday with only the finest ingredients. The crust is baked perfectly and stays consistent even hours after it’s been sitting out. I highly recommend trying out Lil Gerardo’s! Anything you get from there is bomb. Next time I’m getting their meatball sub"

The food from all the different varieties of pizzas, pepperoni rolls, or hoagies has immaculate flavor that is endlessly satisfying. If you are looking for a twist on the regular square pizza, then stop in & give this fabulous place a try! The sauce alone will have you coming back thanks to it’s unique flavor background that is just out of this world delicious.
