"Felt pressured into their "deep cleaning" routine, a sentiment echoed by others who also shelled out $150. My gums are in good shape, teeth clean with just a bit of buildup in one specific area that has always been easily handled during a regular cleaning. I insisted on that, but they stuck to their policy – deep cleaning or no service. After enduring 90 minutes there, I decided to bite the bullet and go for it since I didn't want to leave without the clean I intended to get that day. Guess what? The forced deep cleaning miraculously took only 15 minutes – same as a routine cleaning. Go figure. Now, I'm kicking myself for caving and going along with that nonsense "procedure." Patients should have control over their medical decisions, and the fact that they were withholding services unless I complied left me feeling like I had no choice but to roll with it. The hygienist, x-ray tech, and front desk folks were pleasant, and I don't necessarily blame them. The business's policies are predatory and shady which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Lost two hours and $150 so, safe to say I will never return."

"The State Board of Dentistry should look into this place, there are some serious problems at work here. They regularly manipulate billing and recommend unnecessary and potentially harmful procedures. You would hesitate to eat at a restaurant with this low of a rating, why would you trust them with something as valuable as your teeth?"

"Although it was busy and felt like there were 4 patients all being seen by the same dentist at once, judging from my time in the chair that is, my visit was the most pleasant trip to the dentist ever. All of the girls were super nice and ready to answer any questions you may have had. From the conversations around me I could tell that the whole crew was very knowledgeable in their profession. The dentist himself was very quick and efficient and the facility was very clean. And lastly, there were no hidden fees. All work and costs are discussed prior to any work being done. "Could not be more disappointed with a dentist office. They double bill you for the same care, ignore what’s covered by your insurance and make you pay out of pocket outrages amounts. My first visit I came for a cleaning, took off work to come and after sitting in the waiting room for hours and when they finally took me in, all they did is charge me for my visit and took X-rays & told me they don’t have time to do the rest of my appointment.. the actual cleaning. They charged me for doing nothing when I get 2x free cleanings a year. Then they pretend to be transparent with pricing, but once you get treated, they randomly send invoices for things you’ve already paid for and never even try to reach out to your insurance. Disgrace of an office."

"My wife recently went to this location. She was quickly evaluated by the dentist and hygienist. She was then told she would need a deep cleaning (quoted as a gross debridement) with local anesthetic despite having 'minimal plaque build-up' per the hygienist. This would need to be scheduled separately and would cost nearly $200 out of pocket (we have fantastic dental insurance). She has never had a cavity or required dental work. We recently moved to Pennsylvania but in all the years we have gone to dentists (every 6 months) in other states, a cleaning is done the same day and does not require local anesthesia especially for routine dental care. Additionally, this cost is included in the visit. My wife declined the cleaning and we will be both finding a new dentist and a second opinion in her particular case."
