"I made an appointment a couple of months ago for a basic cleaning and never got a reminder. Showed up and they are not opened. It says they should be online and I made an appointment. Called the Abington location who scheduled an appointment at their location for a month away and said they would send paperwork to complete. I got nothing. I’m so confused and frustrated! Will not be coming here."

"My 1st time going and it was a nice experience. The Dr listened to what I had to say and he explained everything to me, even my x-rays. I already made my next 6 month checkup appt. The other staff were nice as well. Also, making the appt was easy. It can be done over the phone and through text, maybe online too. They even have Sat hours which is great when you have kids. The office was clean and the x-ray machine was pretty cool"

"Amazing customer service. Every staff member is well equipped with insurance Knowledge and medical knowledge. As a customer, I ask a lot of questions to make sure I’m spending my money right and every time they have had amazing patience with me wether I called them or at the office to ask the same question in different variations. Each time they have taken time to explain my procedures to me. I can’t be more Satisfied with the work they do, and the communication skills they have. Five out of five I go there because of the people they hired. Everyone knows how to treat your symptoms, but not everyone knows how to treat customers. Just amazing!!!"

"My husband got a deep cleaning here. The first dentist was quick and no nonsense w great results. The second had a great chairside manner and made him feel so comfortable. The staff was great and I wanted to go there too, but unfortunately they don't take my insurance. They helped me make sure I got the help I needed and always work with the Mr. and me."

"Very decorated, nice, clean place. Very accessible location. I have never enjoyed a dentist office more (they even played the barbie movie today). The staff is gentle, kind, very fast, and easy going. It's an ALL FEMALE staff, which I love. I'm not sure if that's on purpose or just coincidence, but I have had some very bad experiences with male doctors just being too rough, dismissive, mean, and not understanding. Dr Patel and Nata did my fillings, which I had a LOT because all of the previous dentists and orthodontists I went to somehow didn't know I had cavities even though it was so obvious. Dr Patel identified them right away and they were filled that same day despite just going in for a cleaning. Very lovely staff."
