"Today was my first visit for a cleaning. I was offered a warm neck pillow and a hand treatment by Karen who greeted me with the warmest smile and immediately made me feel like family. I had Kaitlyn and she was incredible. I have tremendous anxiety and she helped sooth me and continued to check on me. She was very gentle and very patient. Mostly, she was very thorough. I appreciated the other hygienist, Sandi and Dr. Beth also coming in to check on me as well. You can tell they work as a team and focus on the patient. Everyone is so warm and friendly. AND- the chair was a massaging chair. Definitely getting my cleanings done there. Thank you all for dealing with my anxiety so professionally."
