"This place is awful. They have managers being called out for mistreating their employees and half the people working there are drug addicts. They have maggots and rats, their lobby is hardly ever clean, their managers refuse to clean the medicines when needed. Their service is slow and they constantly mess up orders. I don't know how many times someone has overdosed in the bathroom, their drains don't work and under the shake medicine and frappe medicine is backed up old product. Walking into this restaurant is like walking into middle school drama. I don't recommend this McDonald's to anyone and surely hope it shapes up."
"Drive thru service was terrible. Couldn't find our mobile order. Didn't have pumpkin pies when they are on the app. Car in front of us was obviously having issues too. Manager working the window was clueless"
"So, I must say I've never seen a Big Mac made this way before. The top layer was empty and everything else was smooshed into the bottom layer. I doubt anyone did this by mistake so maybe it was on purpose? It's weird because the 2 orders that were messed up had the same first name while my Mom's order (a different first name, same order) was made perfectly. The lady told us that they had ran out of Big Mac buns. Does this look like they ran out of the buns? Nope. Someone purposely made it this way. I mean I understand mistakes happen and businesses are understaffed but there were only like 2 other cars behind us. It wasn't super busy. I'm not upset or anything, I just want to know how someone could look at this Big Mac and think it looked right, that's all I want to know. Not mad at all. Just baffled."
"Much improved whoever is running it now you can tell is really trying to turn it around came here for the first time in I don't know how many year at lunch on a weekend in summer and got my food fast and HOT they need to give the new manager a large raise this store has sucked for years good job for the first time in I don't know how many years I got good service nobody complaining about wait food or service in a rush I'm impressed"
