"Ebony, drive thru attendant is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She literally hates people. She mistreats people and needs to work in a position that does not face customers. I have complained numerous times. Nothing ever done but an apology. She blemishes the brand."

"I contacted corporate and they just passed to the franchisee my complaint about my horrendous 1 hour experience at this shxthole of a McDs. Corporate does zero to fix franchisee owned stores. The owner of this store should have his franchise revoked! McD’s CEO should think twice about giving out franchises to people who have no clue what they are doing. The store manager is the epitome of managerial incompetence. In all my years this McDs gets the lowest of low in all categories. One bright spot. There was one kid at the register trying to basically run the store and fulfill orders, while the manager is at one of the line positions doing I don’t know what. And yes, the manager actually LOCKS ALL THE DOORS when breakfast stops being served so the staff can transition and he can ignore all the customers waiting for their breakfast. DO NOT THINK YOU’LL BE IN THIS STORE NO LESS THAN 45 MINUTES, EVEN WHEN USING MOBILE ORDERING. This McDs is that poorly run. Whoever the franchise owner is, I wish you luck in rescuing this absolute DUMPSTER FIRE!"

"Very clean, very accommodating. My grandson has lots of allergies, but we were able to get a variety of tasty foods for breakfast, no problem. The manager, Anthony, and staff were friendly and helpful. They called customers by first name- the small town ambience of Chincoteague is very welcoming here."

"I recently visited the McDonald's location on Chincoteague Island and, unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While I understand that fast-food establishments can get busy, the level of customer service and communication at this particular branch was below par. Absolutely miserable and negative staff who are extremely disrespectful. Communication was a significant issue during my visit. Not only were the employees not attentive to customer needs, but some were outright dismissive and unfriendly. It's crucial for a service-oriented business like McDonald's to prioritize effective communication with their customers. In addition to the poor communication, the overall attitude of the workers was disappointing. A friendly and courteous demeanor goes a long way in making customers feel valued, but unfortunately, this was lacking during my visit. I believe that every customer deserves a positive experience, regardless of how busy or miserable a restaurant may be. I hope that the management of this McDonald's location takes these concerns seriously and works on improving customer service, communication, and the attitude of their employees."

"Very easy place. Open the whole year round. Lots of parking. Crew are well trained, hard working and awesome people! Came here to wait for the rocket launch, parked here and keep myself warm and full on the belly lol"
